Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge known as DDLJ is the synonyms of
records. Movie was released on the same day 22 years ago on Diwali. Movie needs
not any introduction or article because almost everyone in the world knows
about the movie. Movie has been listed in many lists across the world such as List of 1001 movies you must see before you
die among other.
Dialogues and scenes have been repeated in many Films. Even
the president of USA Mr. Obama has spoken the famous dialogue (Bade bade desho ……) in a meeting. Scenes are very hit and still used in movies
and television serials such as
Palat…Palat…Palat…. among other.
DDLJ is the longest running movie in indian cinema so far and
second in the world after Rocky horror show which was released in usa in 1975.
DDLJ is still running in Maratha Mandir, Mumabi (maharastra ) at 11:30 show.
The Maratha Mandir Theater is now a tourist spot in India. People from
everywhere comes to watch this iconic and historic movie to become the part of
history specially Shahrukh Khan’s fans.
DDLJ was the first movie of Aditya Chopra and also for
Shahrukh as hardcore Romantic Hero. Soundtrack was massive hit and still running
everywhere. Romantic song Tujhe Dekha to
ye jana sanam… is the No.1 song in the list of romantic songs ever. Other
songs are also hit and loved by every generation. The album was the most
popular in 1990s.
DDLJ has created so many records such as first movie which
won 10 filmfare awards among other. Movie also won The National Award. Critically
movie was appreciated by every analysist and commercially movie is the biggest
hit of Shahrukh khan and also included in top 5 hit of Indian cinema.
Very nice book to have. Book was released on completing of 1000 weeks. Aditya chopra has shared his memory while making the movie.
